Job Description
Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant
Work with the Kitchen Team to provide seamless service
Provide high standard of service and handle guests’ enquiries and complaints
Assist in planning and execution of special events and banquet functions
Supervise the team members in arranging their work schedule and roster
Requirements
5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in western restaurants
Knowledge of wine an asset
Excellent guest interaction skill, communication skill and customer services skill
Pleasant, service-oriented and outgoing personality
Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese a must
Possess a strong understanding of the high service standards
