Restaurant Supervisor (Western Restaurant-Causeway Bay /Tai Po)

Job Description

  • Assist the Assistant Restaurant Manager in the daily operation of the restaurant

  • Work with the Kitchen Team to provide seamless service

  • Provide high standard of service and handle guests’ enquiries and complaints

  • Assist in planning and execution of special events and banquet functions

  • Supervise the team members in arranging their work schedule and roster

Requirements

  • 5 years relevant experience with at least 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in western restaurants 

  • Knowledge of wine an asset

  • Excellent guest interaction skill, communication skill and customer services skill

  • Pleasant, service-oriented and outgoing personality

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese a must

  • Possess a strong understanding of the high service standards
