Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing and brand acquisition to build the Company’s F&B trade mix portfolio in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for F&B brand acquisition, sourcing new F&B clients to represent at the Hong Kong International Airport
Undertake partnership negotiations and build good relationships with local and international F&B brands in Hong Kong
Conduct market research & analysis periodically to identify market trends, demand and potential opportunities to present and recommend to Senior Management
Maintain close relationships with the Airport Authority Hong Kong
Handle daily leasing activities including liaising with the Airport Authority on new leases, renewal, direct marketing, market research and leasing administration work
Drive and develop the Company’s Southeast Asia market presence
Build relations with the airport governing bodies in Southeast Asia

Requirements
Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years or above experience in shopping mall leasing preferably with experience working with international F&B brands
Strong network with existing and new F&B brand owners in Hong Kong
Solid experience in handling retail property leasing and legal documents, in particular, leasing regulations at the Hong Kong International Airport
Strong local market awareness of the F&B industry in Hong Kong
Good communication skill with passion at work. Proactive with strong interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
